What we collect right now

If you join the waitlist or enquire as a clinic or laboratory partner, we collect the name, email address and any organisation details you type into that form. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.

That is the complete list. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not operate a data broker relationship, and we do not sell personal information.

Why we hold it

To contact you when access opens, and to answer partnership enquiries. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share your details with advertisers or sell them to third parties.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need it. Ask and we will remove your record.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Contact us through the form on the home page.

Health information

When Umran Life begins handling protected health information, this policy will be replaced with one that describes those practices, together with the notices that legally accompany them. We will not begin processing health data under this document.
